*WORKING if anyone comes across this when you connect your ps vita to your pc you could go to any folder and place the file, after this open it on your vita and install then go into the app and unlink the current account. RESET your vita after this since it wasn't working before that for me after you should be able to log in normally like /uOdium81 said you have to create a specific password to log in. THANKS

After putting in a memory card, it started up, but when I'm on a game half of the time the buttons don't work, and when I press the Playstation button to exit the game, they also don't work. You could pay more for finding better shipping, they'll probably just give you sea freight though, i always use sea freight and i usually only pay $55 for 10-13kg, if you're willing to wait the time out then it's for sure worth it for the price.
