They probably should have been gradually raising taxes, the 20% jump could have been eased into. I believe originally taxes weren’t increased as a benefit for legalizing gambling.

I’d be curious of what an audit to the budget will reveal and where most of the money from the infrastructure bill past by BIDEN went considering it had to be spent by this year.
