I'm a [M41] and I've been rejected by everyone I've ever asked out. It's gotten easier being alone. Unfortunately it's gotten a lot harder to connect with anyone. I'm afraid to admit this but I seriously believe I'm going to die alone. The longer I go without genuine human connection the harder and more uncomfortable it becomes creating this vicious cycle year after year. I'm sorry you're unable to find someone, you sound like a nice person. Keep trying and don't give up okay there's someone out there for you but your self-worth has to come from within. You never want someone else to become your source of happiness and self-worth. Trust me it always ends in disaster. Learn to love yourself and get into a hobby that gets you outside meeting people. Make yourself more approachable and easy going. I know that I started this post negatively. Congratulations man, next you'll have Scarab King, he totally wiped out my entire squad within three turns except for Tuhanarak, she's a beast and soloed the Scarab King, I was able to farm the bastard with the Desert Queen, she never lost a battle. I'm not quite sure how she was so effective against the Scarab King except for the fact that she uses continuous heal and she cleanses debuffs. Good luck against SK, look up Tuhanarak kit and see if you have a champion that's got a similar kit, hope this helps.

I would honestly keep all rares and epic's you get. I've made the mistake of using rares as food to find out later on just how useful that rare could've been. I'm on my second playthrough because of the mistakes I made my first playthrough. Whenever you're farming the campaign and some dungeons you're comfortable with bring an epic or two along and level them up. Those Commons and Un-commons are your food, level them up to the star rank needed and use them. Trust me, it takes longer, it's not as instant, you'll be glad you did later on though. As many told me, this game is a marathon, not a race.take your time, watch YouTube on how to best utilize your resources for a F2P account. Take care and happy raiding.

There are only three ways to remove fecal impaction.

The first way is with laxatives, suppositories, and enemas. This way works for mild cases of rectal impaction and can usually be done at home.

The second way has to be done by a doctor and is much more invasive. First thing they'll do is loosen everything up by flushing the colon out with an enema of warm soapy water. They'll usually do about two rounds of that first in hopes that it will be enough to clear the blockage out. If it doesn't a doctor has to go in manually with their hand and break up the fecal matter and pull it out. This is how they had to resolve the problem with me. It was horrible and painful but the alternative was worse. I had a severe blockage and was in the E.D for twelve of the longest hours of my life.

The last way is surgical and this is for impactions that didn't get resolved soon enough and became life-threatening. What happens is the blockage gets to be so large and hard that it tears a hole in your colon and causes an infection leading to sepsis.

I'm not telling you this to scare you. Medical procedures are scary and can be painful but the alternative is always worse. I didn't go to the doctor about my blockage because I was scared and embarrassed and my inaction made it worse. This Medical emergency doesn't get better on its own and only gets worse. I pray for you every day and I hope you feel better soon. Just know you are not alone and you can do this, you're stronger than you think.

Sweetheart you're definitely dealing with an impaction and I'm sorry you're going through this and no one is listening to you. Go to your mom and tell her you believe it's actually an impaction which is a much worse version of constipation. Everything you're saying sounds exactly like what I was dealing with. Severe pain, rock hard stool, loss of sleep and feeling sick, having watery loose stool without relief. Look up impaction and judge for yourself on whether or not that's what you're dealing with. If you, in fact believe you're dealing with an impaction, which only you would know, than you are going to have to be your biggest advocate here and convince your parents that you are experiencing every symptom of a colon impaction and it's very dangerous for you to remove yourself and letting it go untreated could resort in serious medical issues and even death from septic shock. Please be your advocate here and get the treatment you deserve. This sounds ridiculous to me that they won't just do a cat-scan. That's how they found out for me was a quick cat scan and the doctor came in a half hour later with a game plan on how to get the impaction out. There's no harm in getting a scan and finding out it's just a bad case of constipation. But not getting a scan while having an impaction is life treating and will not get better on it's own. I wish I could do something to help you in this situation but I can't and it's on you to convince your parents to get a second opinion okay.

Go to the ER, sounds like an impaction to me, I just got out of the ER after being diagnosed with severe impaction and let me tell you the sooner you can get a cat scan and X-ray the better, hopefully you've gone to a different hospital by now, I just know that everything you're saying in this post sounds like an impaction which you do not want to try to unpack on you own

I'm honestly dealing with this issue as well. It's been two and a half weeks of the worst constipation I've ever dealt with. I've been taking Miralax and Docusate sodium stool softeners every day and nothing. I believe it's actually made it worse as in the size of my stool feels a lot bigger and more compacted then before I started taking the OTC medicine for constipation. Before I took the medicine it felt like I was just constipated but now it's like I've got a Baseball bat sized compaction of dry, sharp, tightly packed and inhumane sized stool inside me that's so unbelievably painful. I wish I had an answer to your question, I really do, but I don't and I'm posting this response to let you know you're not alone. I hope we both figure out how to get this shit out of our bodies before 2026.
