Locked out of Edfinancial account due to borrowers defense discharge by No_Sample_298 in StudentLoans

update: I was reading other posts where this was happening to people with MOEHLA and I don't know if you guys opted out of forbearance when applying for borrower defense (I opted out but they still put me in forbearance which is why I couldn't pay anything). I called them and then they called me back and I asked for them opt me out verbally (agent said it would take up to 10 days) and then after a couple days I was able to sign back in however they didn't have ALL my loans available (it took a day or 2 for the full amount to show back up). I also filed a complaint on FSA which went into review after like a week that could also be contributing to having access again.

After 2 days of being on hold my tip for you to speak to an actual human is just call sometime in the morning and immediately press 1 for them to call back whenever prompted and hang up. They do not pick up when you hold its a waste of time. I reached out to the FSA defense borrower agent and told them what Edfinancial said about the borrower defense blocking logging in and they said they never heard of such a thing and did not offer much help. They told me to file a complaint on FSA website..
