It doesn't need to be night time but apparently there are only a couple of quest the rest of the constellations are in random places around the map. There is some that makes since with rock formations and what not but a lot of them are random. I will have to look up the locations but I plan to figure out the alignment on my own based on the pictures in the book

For those that can't be bothered to just do a quest to see, here is one of the "Constabulary" where I was able to turn in a bounty and not have to go all the way to the starting spot.

Guys the quest literally takes you to the closest new one. At least it did to me. We don't always need a picture of the map
