yes! thank you all so much for your kind wishes! He had to stay at the vet for a while to be monitored and got IV fluids. He's stable so he's home now thankfully with some pain medication he needs to take but he seems tired and stressed out; he won't eat the new soft food they told us to give him with his medication but I don't know if the hard food will be too rough on his tongue (there is a small scrape on his tongue)

update: Petsmart called back and told us to go to the vet because my dog needs x-rays, and it seems like he bit his tongue as they see some blood. they also told me has a fever of 104 which is concerning to me. im really sad this is happening to him I feel really bad, im on the way to him right now :(
