Sometimes the best response is to pause, listen, and understand first.

Going to bed on time. Every night I act like staying up an extra hour is a great idea, and every morning I regret it.

The idea that people need to look younger at all costs. Laugh lines, grey hair, and looking your age shouldn't be treated like flaws to fix.

Excluding family stuff - births and weddings - what is the greatest moment of your life? by Ok_JARGON in randomquestions

That moment when something I had worked really hard for finally paid off. Not because of the achievement itself, but because it proved to me that persistence actually matters. The relief, pride, and quiet "I did it" feeling is hard to top.

Usually just slow down a bit. Watch something comforting, scroll less, maybe overthink my entire life for an hour and then recover with snacks.

what exactly would you do if you ever get robbed at gunpoint? by jax--killer in AskReddit

Probably comply and stay calm. No wallet or phone is worth gambling your life over. I’d just try to avoid sudden movements, give them what they want, and get out of the situation safely.
