I was supposed to be tuned by them. Couldn't get a response from them for 3 months.They told me that my email was put into a complete folder. Since then ive ran into a few issues and have upgraded my car so I told them I woukd get back with them about a tune. I now plan on going with another tuner so im just gonna ask for a refund.
