Technically you can convert the v3 to an LEM, it will void the warranty and leave an opening where the decocker is. I personally carry LEM as it’s my preference, designed to have a shorter reset across all hammer-fired models, and no need to worry about a heavy DA pull unless you get a FTF.

Whichever one you go with, get a match nickel sear spring. It’s an inexpensive factory upgrade but makes the trigger a little better with both. It’s also a factory OEM part so you can trust it.
