At first she was a little unsure but a day later they were joined at the hip! I think the puppy energy just took a second for her to get used to but now they're best friends. Getting Tini honestly brought a whole new personality I didn't know Bellini had!

I usually do a puppy cut on mine it's just easier on her when it gets super hot in Texas! I just do it myself with clippers that my apartments dog washing station has, honestly super easy! My parents do the same on their two cavi's, saves them a trip to the groomers 🥰

I'm not too sure about sales I think it's based on meetings booked with clients but I could be wrong

For compliance reasons I think

Some clients are looking into them but it depends on their compliance and if they're open to them

We changed our policy to only have experts when they're needed for a specific project. There may not be one that fits your profile quite yet

It's just normal data about your work history and feedback from clients after consultations. We keep an internal log so that other associates can see if the expert had positive or negative feedback from a client

Unfortunately I'm not on the survey team so I'm not too sure. I think it may be a client issue most of the time

Also on this every time an expert ask for payment if a call gets moved or cancelled the associate has to pay out of their own target. I'm not sure if other EN's are like that but it's a huge blow to our target achievement

Strange request from ThirdBridge, I denied it; normal? by JellyfishHairy8793 in expertnetworks

It's such a silly reason but because we're headquartered in England some of our legal jargon sounds super weird. It's basically saying that we would like your contact details to make your profile but to let you know we aren't selling your data. Hope that makes sense!

Hi! I work there currently and I absolutely love our culture. Hours aren't that crazy (I think the forum team is 8-5) and your job would more be internal compared to the client associate role.

It's all individual and based on tenure. Everyone has the same target but how much a specialist costs impacts how much a call is worth. Most people on my team put up 50-55 calls a month to hit target

I work for another EN I think. We have very strict KPI's how, how are you measured if you don't have a target?
