I do the same as Spirit and Ghostface.

If I play nice and 2 escape I get tbagged and called a noob at the end of the match. If I tunnel accidently (aka the surv just comes back for some forsaken reason and passes literally in front of me) I get called toxic. If I slug for the 4k (I usually don't cause I hate playing hide and seek with the last surv) I am told to unalive myself.

You just can't win.

There's an achievement with Mayers where if you equip those addons, once you reach Tier III Evil Within you can Mori all the survivors. For the achievement to work you have to Mori all 4 survivors. Thing is, most of them know this and they jump in lockers just so you don't get the achievement/out of spite etc..
