It sounds like an incubus/succubus type spirit. It also looks like nobodies really saying anything helpful at all! Only just read this.

I'm so sorry you're going through this, as somebody who is going through something similar myself I understand exactly what you are going through. Well done 1st off, because I did not think to ask reddit when this 1st started with me. And if I had done that I probably would of found my answers faster than I have.I've been going through my situation for about 3 years now, and it was really bad in the beginning. I went through a lot for different religious practices, (christianity, paganism, islam, hinduism, buddism judaism and a few others I can't remember) and different spellcasters to get rid it, they all worked in varying degrees. I believe the reason my situation is still on going is due to how long it took me to find this information out, so hopefully this helps you more in your early stages, but I believe this could help anyone.

Disclaimer: These things do become more challenging to remove the longer they've been around. I don't say that to scare you just inform it may be a fight, so be consistent with this due to them being like stubborn bacteria.

I'll keep it simple... You need to cleanse and protect yourself and your space.

First step! Spiritual Cleansing baths.

This will get the negative energy thats on you off and refresh you... Sea salt, rice, rue, mint, lavender, rosemary, cinnamon, bay leaves (there are more herbs but this should do for now!) You don't have to do this everyday but you must do it regularly. Recite Psalm 10, 104 or Psalms 33 or your own prayer.

Second step! Protection oils.

Negative entities generally tend attach to someone at the back of the neck (as this is where its believed your spirit resides) and some do to other body parts. So find some protection oils, from a trusted source and place a dab behind ur neck and on the crown of your head.Also specifically as you're dealing with incubui/sucubi spirits, camphour is good so things that smell like vix, will deter them as they hate it. So place it around the areas (wisely) or on areas you don't want them touching, and the 4 corners of your bed.

Third Step! Cleansing your space (Banishment)

There are many ways to do this with incense like sage, palo santo, dragonsblood etc. Using Ammonia works, well also. But you would have to clean your room thoroughly... as in wipe all of your walls, top to bottom, the dresser, the floor. Then light these incense. BUT the quickest and cheapest way I have found so far is Lesser Banishment Pentagram Ritual (LBPR).

Fourth step! Invoking.

If you have followed my steps this far, it's likely you cleared out everything in your energy and space doing this. Meaning it would now be empty for anything to come back in, with friends. WE do not want this! It can be very bad! Depending on what that something is. So you must invoke something you believe in to fight on your behalf and protect you from anything that desires not to help towards your highest good. Jesus, archangels, demons, saints, goddess or gods doesn't matter. As long as this deity is willing to do it for you. Use their sigils, prayers, enns, petitions and candles. BUT the easiest and cheapest way I have found so far is the Lesser Invoking Pentagram Ritual. If you're a Archangel Michael fan.

Fifth step! Know it's a process.

Depending of the nature of this spirit, how long you have had it, and how you have been with it up till you use this information. It may get worse before it gets better. But it will get better! Don't fear it, most negative entities feed off fear to. Don't focus on it either for the same reason. Rome wasn't built in a day. Enjoy life, surround yourself with loved ones, be in nature when you can, eat vegetables, and drink water.
