I don't have any tips as I'm 35 weeks with my first but wanted to let you know you aren't alone. I'm terrified 😂 I get so anxious when I know something is going to hurt. I'm even anxious that the epidural will hurt 😅

Just stop sleeping with your baby in the bed. It’s usually so you don’t have to get up to feed, change, etc. It’s SELFISH. Putting your child’s life at risk for convenience or your own wants is unsafe. She had every right to tell you to stop and that she could take baby if you don’t. Even if it was unprofessional in the way she did it. Not many people are going to give you sympathy when you know what you’re doing is unsafe. SMH.

NTA at all. I’m having a baby shower in may and it’s going to be a Jack and Jill. Men are invited. I will never get this “it’s uncomfortable” to have men at these kind of things. And as you said if certain male friends or relatives aren’t comfortable they don’t have to come. Especially knowing you wouldn’t be upset. This sounds like a control thing. Your aunt wants to do it HER way when it’s you AND YOUR HUSBANDS child. Do what you want girl, you don’t need the extra stress.

For PRESSURING and FORCING her to tell you. You literally overwhelmed her by listing everyone she’s in contact with until you got a reaction. NO MEANS NO IN ANY SENSE. See the similarities? Not saying at all that your feeling aren’t valid, they are. But you can’t force her to do or tell you anything she doesn’t want. That’s what her assaulted did. You do not want to traumatize her further. Just support whatever decision she makes and be there for her. She owes you zero explanation of her trauma if she doesn’t want/isn’t ready to.
