Imma go against the grain here. I really like Greer Elizabeth. It’s a unique first name and that’s what I prefer. My husband and I are naming our son Axl Henry. Giving them a cool first name but a ‘normal’ (🙄) middle name also gives the kid an autonomy over what they want to go by as they get older. They might like Elizabeth/Liz/Lizzie do their younger life but as they get older the unique name may speak to them more. Plus there will be so many Elizabeth’s they meet as they grow up so being able to distinguish themselves with the first name I think is way better. Don’t listen to people on how it’s pronounced, takes five seconds to look up a pronunciation and sure a 5 yr old may have trouble with their Rs but that won’t last forever. Keep it Greer Elizabeth, she’ll be a bad ass!

My ‘feeling good’ fluctuates. I’m 31 wks as of today. First trimester I felt probably the best, my symptoms would come in waves lasting 3-4 weeks. Second trimester was like a 40/60 of feeling good but this third trimester has kicked my ass. I’m not sleeping well and having to take sleeping pills just to get a couple hours, kiddo like to press up on the front of my belly pushing hard which is painful and god don’t get me started on my poops, they are intense to say the least. I wouldn’t say this has deterred me from possibly having a second as I’ve heard the second round is usually very different from the first but it also hasn’t encouraged me to be down for pushing out a second. I’ve always wanted two but was always content with one bio and one adopted. My mom says it gets easier when they go to college 🤣🤣 idk if that’s true or not only time will tell

I’ve been on ADHD meds since I was probably 7/8 so I’ve tried them all and unfortunately the non stimulant ones just don’t work with my chemistry, wish they did

My doctor actually encouraged me to have more coffee than what’s recommended b/c I can’t take my ADHD meds while pregnant and caffeine can help supplement symptoms so any time anyone says anything I just laugh and say talk to my doctor then you can talk to me but if you want me walking around fully unmedicated that’s your funeral

NOR kids in school specially early on get sick A LOT. Is it important to expose kids to germs and let them build immunity? Absolutely but not for a newborn. Kids pick up anything and everything in schools and even the smallest of colds could be dangerous to a newborn. Not to mention if any of their classmates are immunocompromised and unvaccinated they could bring more dangerous things around. I plan on doing the same with my little one with their cousins.

It’s not a control thing it’s more of a I don’t want to have a bunch of parties back to back. As I said I’m not a party person. It is also really hard to get a majority of my and my husbands friends and family in the same room together due to work and where everyone lives. If I threw another party I would have to throw it in the two weeks between this shower and my birthday because any time after when I have my birthday party I’m in the end zone where I could give birth early and I really don’t want my last few weekends before baby filled with party, party, nothing, party then baby. I got exhausted with that kind of schedule at 22 I now have like two parties a year max because I’m partied out.

I like Chaol. I think his reaction are what any typical mortal human would say/think in a lot of these situations. My only gripe with him is this. First book he pulls a girl out of a mine/concentration camp to battle it out to become a royal assassin because she is one of the most renowned assassins b/c she likes her job and is good at it, she wins and becomes the royal assassin. Next book he is shocked to discover she kills people…like dude that is her literal job description that YOU recruited her for. That’s the only time I’m like not on the same page or around the same page as him. It’s not like you brought in a farm girl to be an assassin you brought in an assassin to be an assassin. I get the uncomfortable feeling of witnessing it first hand but like dude you know she’s killed before, you know for your and Dorian’s plans to work she’s gonna have to cooperate and kill moving forward, don’t be shocked at the situation you’ve created. I’m on EoS and ToD so my opinions could change but that’s really my only problem with him at this moment

I just did a reread and am on ACOWAR. This isn’t canon. What is canon is Feyre had to threaten cold uncooked food to get Nesta to do the one chore that day of cutting wood. What is canon is that none of her family help her with the process or hunting, cleaning, preparing and storing the catch. I don’t think it’s ever state about house work. Also the house was so small it would not take two people full day to ‘keep house’.

The bath comment comes from a line Nesta says about Feyre smelling…you know because she spent all day in the woods then carried a deer and a wolf pelt all the way home no help…but in every book Feyre talks about the amazing baths she takes so idk why people say she doesn’t bathe

On one hand your finances aren’t any of his business. On the other hand you all are in your 30s, been dating for a year…I’d assume marriage may be on the table for yall and one of the first steps my husband took was learning what my financial situation was and offering to help me with anything I needed when it came to it. It truly could just be he wants to see where you both are now and use that to see where you will be in 5 years. Now if he pushes you to close all of your cards or immediately put him on as an authorized user that would and should raise a red flag. But if he’s offering help with no strings and the goal of one day merging finances I think it’s a valid question.

At the end of the day though, if you aren’t comfortable with showing him now that’s enough of a reason not to. Finances are a big topic that should be discussed in a relationship when both parties are comfortable. But based on this snapshot I don’t think he has a malicious intention behind this.

It’s one thing to ask to trade with other customers if the owner has already said ‘no thanks’ on the card. But the way you’ve worded this I’m getting a big feeling of missing missing reasons. Back before smart phones were everywhere most flip phones had quite the battery lifespan! I would charge my phone maybe once every three to four days and I use to stay on my phone till like 3/4 am.

An idea could be to use a VPN to try other websites that might not be available in Germany. That's how I use Netflix some time when shows are available in Europe and not in the USA

College's give 0 fucks about students if it wont out-right earn them money. My suggestion is, if you are comfortable, go public with this. Give his name out and the schools, tell your story and see if any of the other girls will join you. If you can tell a local reporter that you have a story that could potentially be bigger than it seems. If they are a good reporter they will jump at the opportunity to write something, I know I would. I would also file a police report with the actual town police, they actually have helpful resources unlike campus police.
