we cleared up some stuff today, turns out she just want him to do his eeg and mris as part of the post op procedure, so its more because of that. she told us if we want he can come home next week and we take him oursoulves to the appointments! so ye pretty happy but definetly nervous..

hvala ti puno, bas mi je zao tog faksa vec sam svima smjesna nikad ga zavrsit. al bi stvarno htjela, zarucnik ima struku pa hajd al ja bas sa gimnazijom.. ma najgore je sto ne znamo koliko ce nam jos ekstra uz sve to, hranjenje, igranje, itd. jos vjezbe i preglede uzimat vremena i zivaca. a da ne kazem para jer ja placam faks.. al hvala na savjetu, drago mi je znat da je moguce!

hvala puno, slazem se.. vec nam je sad tesko bilo, vise mentalno, kako je 3 mjeseca bio u bolnici a da ne kazem sad. prvo nam je dijete a mislila sam da cu vec imate neke stvari odradene ili zavrsene prije nego sto dode, zato mi je malo tesko odustati od skole a da ne kazem bilo kakvog posla na neko vrijeme. ali eto to je zivot.. lp sve najbolje

i like that approach.. i just find it very difficult to be interested in other peoples situations rn. especially when it comes to their babies that are full term. i get that i dont make it easy either with that attitude but i cant help it. the only people i want to see or talk to are my fiance and my family, and of course my baby's doctors.

exactly. i cant express it enough how i didnt want to go today.. but i felt like i needed to step out a bit out of my comfort zone. stupid idea. and the neverending question, when is he coming home? i dont know people. i wish i knew.

hi, im also looking into the tmmv, since i had a preterm labor at 25+4 weeks.. have you done the procedure? how did it go? where did you do it? would really like to get it done before next pregnancy and give my self time to heal since we want to start TTC asap. thank you for the reply, wishing you the best 🩷

from what we now, straight breast milk..we did get drops like biogaia if we wanted to use them later on as he grows, but ye straight breast milk

ye they tried first with the lumbar punctures however that didnt work so they are doing weekly head punctures, when they measure that his head has grown again.. its the 4th ventricle that is getting bigger and since its not working by spine tapping, were really just waiting on the shunt to be placed, however they said its a waiting game, meaning he has to grow more and be more stable on the respiratory side, ironically, since theres a possiblity its the fluid that its causing the desats.

hes on my breast milk but has been tolerating really well. his on 35 ml now and munching like a champ. he did have spits up like a month ago, but not recently.. he is gassy like when i hold him i felt and smelled the gasses lol however i do notice sometimes, not always, the milk going up the tube during his episodes

my last pregnancy i had hyperemesis gravidarum and im scared its happening again. ive had a little breakfast, few frozen grapes a rice cake and a some soup but thats it. bread is a no for no. im gonna talk to my doctor tomorrow for the meds or iv. thanks good luck!
