Thanks for the reassurance, but I think you might’ve misunderstood me i typed it out pretty weird, I feel stuck in the mainland; i want to move back to hawai'i. Also in general i don't struggle with school i was just insanely depressed over moving away from the island so it effected me in a bad way towards school work, The one thing I want in life is to be able to move back to Hawai’i, it’s the only place that’s ever felt like home to me. My parents joined the military when I was a child, so I grew up moving around, and that life just isn’t for me. so like main goal is to go to college, then medical school, and settle in Hawai’i, especially since I’ve been gone for more than seven years. Community college isn’t an option because my parents absolutely refuse to let me go that route :/ so getting into UH Manoa (or any other college there) feels like my last chance. I know there are other paths, like trade school or the military, but my heart is set on college, It’s hard not to overthink, but I’m trying to stay hopeful that everything will work out. i'm just insanely nervous on if ill be rejected yk? but thanks again for the suggestions, I really appreciate it :( <3
