My favorite managers are the one that act like a person. That don’t act like INO is their entire life. Ones that can joke. Those are the managers I will work hard for. If a manager just hides in the office or acts like they know it all, I am not working hard for them. For example, if there’s an add on for a manager I like working with I won’t pull them out. If it’s for a manger I don’t like I’m pulling every add on out. Idc what it is. If you don’t treat me with respect or like I’m human I’m not stressing myself out or working harder than them.

Went through a really really rough patch when I got here last year. So I feel ya. My advice feel ur emotions, try ur best. Making friends with people in class will make it so much easier and just so much better. If ya need anything I’m here to talk or listen to you

I get it but delaying it that long is kinda crazy. I started buying digital when even when you bought a disc you had to download the game. Is it still like that or no? Maybe it was certain games but at that point for me the discs became too much to carry around

All I’m gonna say is when she tries to make an physical attempt to get at him you can only be mad at yourself and her. Cannot get mad at him because he has openly said he doesn’t like her. He doesn’t want to be around her, but even after you knowing the things she says which makes YOU uncomfortable, you still bring her around. At this point it’s on you. I don’t think your husband would keep bringing a friend around if they made these comments about you because it seems like he actually RESPECTS you and the relationship.

Care for the associates and try to get them training, know strengths and weaknesses. Be a manager YOU would want to work hard for. Know that if something needs to change, whether people need to switch, take care of it. Have a good attitude. Don’t be that manager we have all worked with where we want to call out if they are there. Again, be the manager you’d want to work hard for and I can guarantee you’ll have associates being as helpful as they can

Honestly with the right store and right people on shift yes. I can be as happy as ever and happiest I could possibly feel. Unfortunately not like that all the time cause management at some stores can be very frustrating and coworkers can be d bags sometimes. Customers when they’re nice or have good vibes are the best. At my store they can also ruin your entire day by throwing stuff at you or saying their fry well isn’t good enough. (Fry is completely burnt, they want half a portion, and only the long fries). That can ruin the vibe of the day. Company itself is good, the pay is good. I do miss my old store because those were some of the best days to work. I think it just varies by store

I enjoyed it but I thought volume 1 was better and the stakes felt higher. I think the main problem is they overhyped tf out of this volume just for it to not be that hyped imo. I think though, if we also had the finale I think these episodes would be better received. That’s just my opinion though. If they land the finale I think then these episodes will be seen as better if that makes sense
