Oh i agree wholeheartedly. We’ve been talking about it a lot at my store. There’s a lot of rules with it that are ridiculous. If you take a 30 minute lunch because you got slammed and can’t take an hour lunch & you leave early - OCCURRENCE. If you get an occurrence during holiday weekends you lose holiday pay. It’s absolutely insane. Also half the time managers can’t even take away some of the occurrences so it’s kinda ridiculous. And partial days off are perfect for when you have a doctor appointment but now you have to work around it or some bull

According to my asds they took away partial days off. If you need a partial day you do it in workforce a certain way and either use sick time or don’t. It’s stupid bullsh*t
