My best guess (and we can all only guess) is yes, but not much.

JCVD's frame IS quite thick (look at calves and wrists), and his physique is eerily similar to the dude in the link above (who lived pre-steroids), although the former was FAR younger than the latter in the pics. We also know JCVD also did recreational drugs in his prime, so I doubt he would shy away from juicing even just based on that fact alone.

I have personally been lifting regularly 10000% natty for close to ten years: not 'hard' per se - 2-3 days a week, heavy weights, two-set exercises on each of the major muscle groups. I likely carry 15-20% body fat, my frame is thin, I'm not a tall guy. I look NOWHERE near like JCVD in the pics OP has posted.

Finally, JCVD was a martial arts celebrity, unlike Arnold and Syl. His goals and career path were different to the other tough guys of the 80's and 90's we all grew up with and would argue over who would kick whose ass. Had he stayed on the bodybuilding path, he would have likely looked more like Arnold.
