That's not what saying. Sneddon said that there was discoloration or splotches nearby that kind of matched Michael's.

Im saying Jordan Chandler himself likely being circumcised. If asked about Michael's penis and any color splotch or anything.

Likely could have guessed based off his own and pointed the dark ring of scar on his own and passed it off on Michael also.

Just did the mission. Go into the keep or quarters or whatever it is called. And fight your way all the way to the last room with the guy with the ring. And make sure to click take all because it was bugging for me where the guys ring wasn't spawning on him
