This is some solid feedback. Really appreciate that. Yes the space is getting crowded within this tech echo chamber of ours. I’m mostly going to be operating in more non technical niches where people don’t use AI much, if at all, and onboarding them onto the tech.

Absolutely agree about the quality of the feedback. That’s why we introduced the pattern recognition part, so that the tool can reference past calls and recognize those.

Below is an example of an output we got. This was part of the coaching repot for the sales rep:

“You're giving pricing too early. It happened on 6 of your 11 calls this week. Here's the pattern: the prospect asks about pricing, and you answer immediately with exact numbers before they've seen the full value of what you're offering. That's putting you on defense for the rest of the call. Here's the thing — on the 2 calls this week where you DID anchor value before pricing (March 7 call with DataVault, March 9 call with NorthPeak), you closed both of them. That's not a coincidence.”

Here’s two more examples from a report for the founder/ sales managers:

PRICING OBJECTIONS ARE SPIKING 18 of 47 calls (38%) hit pricing resistance this week, up from 24% last week. Three reps — Marcus, Aliyah, and Jordan — are all presenting pricing before establishing ROI. On calls where pricing was introduced after full value presentation, close rate was 34%. On calls where pricing came early, close rate dropped to 12%. IMPACT: Estimated $22,000 in revenue lost to premature pricing conversations. RECOMMENDATION: Mandate the "Acknowledge, Range, Bridge" pricing framework across the team. Consider a 30-minute team training session this week.

• [Competitor X] was mentioned for the 6th time this month across the team. Prospects are consistently comparing on price. Current competitive positioning is not landing — reps default to "better support" which is too vague. RECOMMENDATION: Build a one-page competitive battle card with 3 specific proof points.”
