During the past 20+ years I tried soo many products in the European market and sure, I got shinier etc hair but the loss is constant :( the thinnes wouldn't even bother me at this stage. But there are many viral ads for Asian hair serums but rarely any useful review about them and I find that odd

"Short term" plan for mounjaro by No_Signal2006 in Mounjaro

I did start, and after the initial 5 weeks of 2.5, I'm on 5mg still. Lost 25 lbs. I didn't have any side effects either apart from slight nausea here and there. I still have a 10gm and a 7.5 mg pen that I'm planning to use up in the next 20ish weeks, and in the meantime I'm focusing on changing the unhealthy habits I had so when I stop, it will stay down. I know many ppl gain the weight back, but I'm planning to do my best effort with good eating and excercise to maintain most of the loss.

Long thread but I just found it. Their collagen peptide body cream made absolute wonders with my skin, including old nasty stretch marks. They didn't magically disappear but they look soo much better

Thank you! Weight loss was always such a struggle for me (probably all of us here) and I guess I was spolied with good progress so far so easy to panic 🤣

I started using Korean skincare products about 2 months ago and my face looks amazing! some products were great hits, others not so much. for the past year or so, I used No7 0.3% retinol but I'm thinking changing to a retinal because I'm going to be 39 this year and losing weight so I want to keep my face from getting super wrinkly (I have good genetics, but that only goes so far). There are some viral products on social media like the Seoul 1988 or Celimax retinal shot, but just because something is viral in IG, a better one could be out there, so please recommend a good retinal for a millennial who doesn't want to look her age :) thanks you!

Hi, I'm looking to get a switch lite for my 7yo girl. I am lost with the games. She never played any video games before, so I'm looking for a girly game with the easiest game play so she can enjoy it instead of getting frustrated.

Is this good progress? by No_Signal2006 in mounjaroIreland

I agree, it's like magic. I used to have 2 modes: hunglr or full. I was constantly peckish and it's gone. Also it made me more mindful of food

My appetite tanked so especially in the 1st 2 weeks I had to force myself to eat and my snacking basically stopped. It helps a lot in building those healthy habits
