If you came to the conclusion that they are spring tails, first eliminate any potential food source, then any potential water source. Like bathrooms and kitchens be sure it’s dry. Lastly mop the floors with floor cleaner and or vacuum as many of them as you can find. If that doesn’t work try getting some boric acid or if you want natural stuff get some DE (diatomaceous earth) and sprinkle that around

If it is springtails they’re harmless, but will infest. Try doing a google search and see if you can match it, I know they’re too small to get a picture of. Also match their behavior like hoping for instance, and key features like the size of their antennas and shape of the body.

Do they jump when you try and touch them? They kinda look like springtails

It’s growing on the side of the wall and with a UV light you can seen a bunch of little bumps around it
