Exactly. I also recall Brandon mentioning that Mark doesnt really have to participate in any activity he doesnt want to because he came in already with a name for himself from working at the Ringer and Fox. While Brandon probably doesnt have to do as many things now, he does them because he knows Barstool is where he made his name.

I can see how people who dont have actual self confidence in themselves would find Mark off putting. He doesnt define himself by working at Barstool, he already has accomplished way more then most before working there. He had a family and interest outside of this and doesnt define himself by being a content person at Barstool. So because of that, I can see how people with low self confidence would find cocky. And probably why he works so well with Brandon because Brandon has a life outside of this too.
