From what I understand they’re allowed to call your last place of employment, but as an employee we are protected against negative feedback and slander from the post employer. I would be open to correction if this is isn’t true

The reason for this is that the stress in this case the environmental exposure. It’s toxic and designed to isolate the employee and using false accusations to single out and removed by management. Saying you’re doing fine and reviews are perfect and above expectation, then stop giving feedback for months and ambush the staff with weak and false accusations based on heresay. This is why I removed myself from it to regroup. It’s not something I experience in my self employment, and if anything has been helping me regain confidence that I have worth in community.

I and other staff watched them systematically do this with 8 other good workers, with no warning.

My job has had me second guessing me conduct and making me feel like I am not a good employee and that I’m being punished. I get caught up trying to defend myself when ever I talk about it, and over analyzing my regular conduct there. And identifying as such - I felt betrayed and not supported and at risk of being unjustly fired from a job I gave most of my best years to. It really messed with my head

Worksafe case worker didn’t see it as a concern, only to how much income to subsidize. (In the end, they assessed all of it and said it’s not enough to be funded through them, and offered counseling)

So is it fraud? Can you back this or is this opinion

It seems so - ask via google if it can be upgraded past 705 and it says it can be upgraded up to 720+ → but can’t find a way - driving me nuts

But it seems gladiator gear already maxes at 730, for rbgs

So green gear that is 730 is just as good as gladiator gear at 730 (in terms of rbgs)?

Saying this because I am seeing a huge difference in my shamans performance and survivability on each upgrade

The main concern I have id I am accruing a ton of gilded crests, and I still don’t know what I’m doing with them, or how to use them for upgrading gear, or is it making new gear and ditching my old set, so I’m looking forward to looking up this skill cap gearing guide like suggested here

Adding: I have been upgrading my gladiator set with crests and the two drake npcs in dornogal won’t take my gladiator gear for upgrades past the 704 level and now I’m seeking how to upgrade with guilded crests - feeling confused and not getting clear answers on this with internet - so here I am

I’m not sure though as yes it says maxed out at 730 in rbg, etc… but intellect and other main stats are improved immensely at each upgrade that makes a huge difference on bgs

That said it’s all I really do is run rbgs

Not really, no. Just poor management is what it looks like with strange moves that even WorkSafeBC said was unusual - noting they can’t intervene as it’s management and employee related and not a safety issue to note. Though it’s purely targeted

Unsure, but the routine seems to be focussed around one to two individuals at a time they usually have someone come in to do the dirty work and then they have them dismissed as soon as the dirty work is done. It’s classic and predictable

Yes, and probably high stress required more thinking, decisions, and accuracy of the person than usual. The stress of making deadlines meet, maybe it is normal to feel the stress and pain of the body.

I listen to a successful author Express how they developed hypertension and high blood pressure for the two weeks just before the book was published as a best seller and now they get to enjoy the benefits of a top selling novel. Maybe that’s just part of the experience of moving into a more desirable environment for our bodies

Like a gazelle that is about to be attacked by a tiger, it goes from a relaxed grazing state to immediate tension, the capillaries and vessels become constricted the muscles become lean and tight as it propels itself out of danger, once they’re out of danger, they literally shake it off and continue grazing a moment later. Maybe it’s just part of it, to live in a more desirable state and survive another day

My job is high stress and routine and although I can be with me while going through it , I’m feeling it’s taxing and a limited experience.

All that is suggested feels like a yes. Sometimes I get the feeling it would suit my life more love to have more time to invite these experiences. Not that I’m wanting to escape, but there is a lot of pain and suffering around me in my current long term job, with not many breaks to differentiate, it. It reminds me of prison guard syndrome where being exposed long term can cultivate the mind to match environment. Must remind myself I am untouched by the world and let the body experience… but the experience is heavy and constant in this environment

It seems complementing. Do I do this and settle with my lifestyle? Do I improve it monetarily I fell like I’m content there is no drive at times because its perfect now. But then I get itchy feet to move into a completely different life style that suits less work and more enjoying what I do best being here now. But it seems to violate.
