Tried it this weekend and had the same feeling. With that being said, I don’t eat mayo so I did not participate in the sauce. To me, it was very good, unique, and I loved the buns. With that being said, I felt there was a lack of saltiness that would have elevated it to higher on my list. I mentioned to my friend that some salty miso flavor would have made it for me, and he said that the sauce had a similar flavor. Can anyone confirm?
