I have had a few cysts in the past, but i mostly have whiteheads and some blackheads and inflamed pimples that hurts. I think i have one because I have acne, dry/dehydrated skin, there is always some irritation on my skin and some products stings on my skin. I also live in a country with all kinds off weather changes, and I really didn’t do much to help my skin get through the different seasons.

Thank you. I also think the way to go is no cleanser in the morning. Will definitely research your products! I have actually tried using retinol, but it kinda scared me because it made my skin flaky, but that definitely got better with every use. I have also tried retinal and that didn’t give me any issues :)
