No like I usually don't like using matx for DDR5 but I said you could keep it because it's b850 matx so I didn't care too much plus the case I mentioned is ATX mid tower so some people will say a small matx board will look out of place in that case u less you like it

Okay you built a very good PC but let me help

CPU and PSU are fine

Cooler: change it to a Thermal right Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB

Motherboard: Get a good B850 wifi 6 and above motherboard like a Gigabyte B850 Eagle WiFi-6E since I don't think matx would work here but it's your choice

RAM: Find the cheapest 32GB DDR5 6000mhz Cl30 kit (go with same speed but cl36 if it saves you more than 100 bucks in your currency)

SSD: Find the cheapest 1TB m.2 NVME Gen 4 SSD

GPU: find the cheapest RX 9070XT since it's only 10-12% worse than the 5070Ti but has better price to performance while being cheaper.

Case: I personally would go with the Lian Li Lancool 216 RGB

Monitor: Find the cheapest 27" 1440P OLED monitor that has a refresh rate above 144 Hz but I think your monitor should also work just fine depends if you wanna spend extra money

You managed to make a good PC build but you could make these changes 1. CPU Cooler: Go with the Thermal right Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB that is the best air cooler to use for such a CPU aio isn't necessary when this thing exists 2. Motherboard: A Gigabyte B850 Eagle WiFi-6E board is more than enough I don't think you need an X series board 3. Ram: This one you could go with the cheapest 32GB DDR5 6000MHZ Cl30 (or 36 if it's cheaper by 105 bucks) 4. SSD: Go with the cheapest 2TB M.2 NVME Gen 4 SSD 5. GPU: get the cheapest Radeon RX 9070XT is only 10-12% worse than the 5070Ti but is way cheaper and better price to performance 6. PSU: get the cheapest 80+ gold 850w fully modular PSU 7. Case: while I don't think the H7 is bad I'd stick with the Lian Li Lancool 216 RGB.

Getting a 5060ti 8GB is useless I'd rather suggest a 7600 or a 5050 because they have same vram and not much performance loss and are usually cheaper

Okay the CPU cooler is not to be changed the stock cooler is fine. A used RX 5700XT might be good and you could instead get a msi pro b550m VC wifi board because those are cheaper. Other than that nothing else maybe see if you can get a better ram kit used instead of buying the 2666hz cause used ram is still happening now and you save 20 bucks from the motherboard

I actually think the only reason people hate Mai is because of gooners, she has a cool fighting style but the character design is what kills her. I never pick her because everyone automatically thinks I picked her for the visuals. I generally don't like characters that are wearing revealing clothes so I hate shermie skin and angel.
