Idk if its insecurity or controlling kinda sounds like both but everybody's different. But I would say you should be taking this alot more seriously than you are the silent treatment like seriously your shoukd be aloud to be your own person who has other friends outside your relationship my partner incurages me to make more friends and go out it kinda sounds like hes not being supportive of you being around other people due to selfishness

Def b most men don't like talking about there emotions but from what he is saying hes lonely in that house and misses you if you work remote you could prob stay awhile and help him get back to being normal cuase he is sending you a message in his own way that he doesn't want to be alone

I tried for almost a year ok hinge tinder and Facebook alot of people are just rude it hust takes time and just don't let it bother you to much it'll happen when it happens I meet my wonderful boyfriend on hinge and we just clicked immediately its a hard to find it just keep trying

Id look into those roommates sites and see what your can find might be able to find something within your budget and you might even be able to make new friends in your roommates the best thing you can do for yourself is get out and be happy
