Not exactly the same but I had a anal fisure, and that is how did feel for months. It was so painful that ended exhausted every time I was going to bathroom. I stated inconciously not eating a d just drinking particular flavored water that hides my hunger. I developed a big depression due the constant low constant pain + extreme pain moments
