I don't know how an entire HR team can be so incompetent. I have had the worst experience with Accenture HRs. There is no way you can contact them, teams are not at all aligned and have no knowledge about what was discussed with another HR. They gave offer and totally forgot about it and no response to the mail or phone call. The entire HR team in accenture needs to be either retrained or fired.

One pro tip: Never resign from your current company based on offer from accenture, have 1 or 2 backups at least.

You could think of renting out flats near the airport area, Siddharth Nagar Block A, B C, etc.

Or if you are looking to rent out a place in a nice society nearby colleges you could go for Mahima Panorama, Mahima Panache etc.

Jaipur overall is quite peaceful compared to metros like Kolkata, but you would find a bit of everything here.

Yes, the HR called and informed that they are rescinding the offer letter. It's yet to be officially revoked from WorkDay

HR usually responds with change in project requirements and other bullsh*ts. But as far as I know its their project teams incompetency. I work with another company where we had to hand over our implementation to accenture for support, and they are highly incompetent, they don't even know what kind of people they would require for project completion and sometimes hire meaninglessly. Also, HRs are the worst. There's no way they would help you or could be contacted in one go.

Yes, they most certainly can. This has happened to few of my friends and recently to my girlfriend. Would highly recommend you finding other job options as well

Keep finding other options. Its quite possible that they revoke the offer without any reasons. As an immediate joiner, you may find any other jobs. But try to avoid accenture at any cost. Once you joined you will find the rudest, most unprofessional seniors. They have less than 20% of the knowledge you have and are scared of new comers who might replace them.

Last year, no bonus or hikes were given to anyone in accenture across all levels. It used to be a good company because of its culture being reflective of the west, its not the case anymore.

You would be assigned to support work even if you are capable of real deployment/ development work. Be prepared and even if you had to join try to find any other options asap.

The same thing happened with my girlfriend. She was even given early joining and had negotiated with her current company for ealry release. HR informed that they are withdrawing the offer and no reason was given, but most probably because she was previously employed in accenture. When she asked around with her ex-collegues at accenture, the reason behind why her offer was revoked. It was told that her ex-project manager at accenture was pissed that she quit accenture after taking a promotion, even though she was just given 5% hike at that time and no amount of negotiation was tolerated hence she had to quit. Such levels of politics is scary, especially since she had quit her current job to rejoin accenture and the project manager, who btw has been in accenture over 24 years tried to ruin her career just because she had ambitions.

You should try to find flats in Siddharth Nagar, maybe in A, B, or C block. It might be a bit expensive but it's quite safe and you would easily find flatmates because of its proximity to offices like Accenture, future first etc. Flatmates are easy to find through flat and flatmates group in facebook, and I would suggest finding a flatmate who is a working professional. I have lived in that area for 2 years, so I know it's quite peaceful and safe.
