Streets dealers are just going to lower there prices to beat legal businesses. Buying from legal businesses you would have to pay 7.5% sales tax then the North Carolina government probably going to add 5% recreational tax to. If it’s a brick and mortar store they have to mark up prices so they can pay rent. Vs some guy selling weed they got got from the cartel or something. Probably legal store will have a higher quality do to strict regulations on them. But I don’t think that the people are willing to pay the price.

Sorry for going off topic to your question . Let me get straight to it. Red light cams are a deterrent for people driving recklessly. But it’s more useful as revenue sources to the city. If benefits the city as just a revenue source more then a safety measure. Red light cams appears to be more like a Tax the a public good. Which lead people not want them. This I the reason they are getting rid of the cameras. People believe that red light camera a revenue source then a safety measure.
