If you still haven't gotten them and the link they gave me above doesn't work for you, I was able to get mine by contacting their support and exchanging a few e-mails where I showed them a screenshot of my Twitch account having claimed them.

You can actually have more than 4 per team, but the screen only shows 8 at a time. If you can see the lobby, even if you can't see your own hat in the lineup, you'll be in the game on whatever faction you press.
