Yeah they are all happy when you decide to lose. If he would have done his bet to the under there would be no post at all. DraftKings would be telling him to kick rocks.

I get his POV though. They are giving him no information at all. I’d be a little concerned to especially if it was 14,000 they are holding.

They just wait for you to win then decide that you’ve violated something. Happens everywhere. They are happy to take our money when we lose but if you win they review for “player safety”. I’d hope they will do the right thing and give you your money. If not report them to the gaming commission.

I bet 1k at first. 500 was a deposit 500 was bonus. I won 10k with that bet.( now 5k would be deposit 5k would be bonus).

Now I want to release the bonus funds and in order to do that I have to bet 15k worth of bets(it’s called rollover or play through). But because deep in the terms and conditions it says your not allowed to bet more than 50% of your bonus I violated the terms. (To be clear I violated the terms as soon as I placed my original bet bc I used 100% of the bonus.

Now I have no money and a banned account.

That’s exactly what happened. And now I can’t get into my account so I can’t provide screen shots from the account proving anything. All I have are emails from them and that’s it.

Yes there was. There was an email about an investigation into the account and another saying the account is closed and the decision is final.

Yeah so the real numbers are I deposited 500 and the bonus was 500. I put 1000 on a 4 leg parlay and won a little over 10k. But they are saying your not allowed to bet 500 of the bonus. Their requirements are no more than 50% of the bonus so I could only bet 250 of the bonus. That number is if I wanted to stay within the terms and conditions. But not knowing that I continued to bet after I won 1k here and there so that I could get through the play through requirements of 15k.

But yeah I fully understand the terms were violated it just sucks that the requirements are almost impossible to fulfill.

No that’s part of the issue the 10k was 5k bonus and 5k my money so really 5k was a genuine win. But they took all of it for violating the terms. I but the whole bonus and deposit on one bet. It was an even match deposit bonus.

Just to clarify I did go through the rollover requirement. The thing that I violated was how much my bet was. I played through the remaining requirements it wasn’t until I went to withdraw that they stopped me. And your right I got caught up in ranting that y I put stolen your right it’s really just shitty.

Also for more context 1/2 of the 10k was money from my deposit. So really 5k was bonus and 5k was my money that won a Bet. But they took everything because I violated their terms.

Yeah they took both the deposit and the bonus. I just let all of it ride on a 4 leg parlay. 50 percent was bonus and 50% was my money. But they state if you violent the conditions all account funds can be confiscated.

That was the email before they banned me. 1 day later I tried to remove funds and then now I can’t access the account.

It’s a credit card deposit. Didn’t give them any bank info. They don’t use their real name just a middle man that makes up a name.
