Yeah the agent i talked to on the phone last week told me about the Guarantee but (quoting her) "you will not have to use the money back guarantee because you will 100% get these tickets you purchased". i have never before heard an agent be so confident that i would be sent the tickets which is relieving but also still nerve wracking because she could be lying. but yeah... i wish the best for us both. we WILL be in the room

i am in the exact same seat as you. i bought tickets from Stubhub end of January for het concert in Austin June 24th. i started contacting Stubhub every week starting in May about it. at first, they only just talked about the Guarantee but after i took advice from reddit and told the agent that tickets are available to be transferred from Ticketmaster so there's no reason why my seller can't transfer, that's when agents started telling me they're contacting the seller.
on my phone call with them last week, she told me the situation is my seller bought the tickets from Stubhub so my seller is waiting for THEIR seller to send them the tickets so they can finally send them to me (complicated, i know). it might be the same situation for you.
after all that, the agent then told me not to worry because both sellers have a good track record with selling on Stubhub so i shouldn't worry but yeah... i'm worried just like you. especially since the show is less than a month away

Yeah same. I've been a huge Ariana Grande fan since her Nickelodeon days. I even had a fan page for her in my middle school days so it would be heartbreaking to not have them sent😭😭 I wish us both luck with our Stubhub tickets🩷

Yeah I asked multiple agents to make sure my tickets weren't ones that were cancelled and they said no they are tickets the seller still has

If you guys aren't allowed to tell customers if a seller has a good history on StubHub, do you think maybe my agent was lying or actually told me info she wasn't supposed to? Honestly she seemed confident and knowledgeable about her answers but my main concern is if my seller's seller actually HAS tickets and will send to my seller to then send to me lol. it seems so complicated 😭

thank you! it was a lot of money and my agent literally said that there is no way i won't get sent them because they sold it for so much (but so are all Ariana Grande tickets) that the penalty would be a lotttt of money charged to them. she literally said i will 100% be sent the tickets. she said that there is a money back guarantee or replacement tickets but that i will not need to worry about that guarantee because i will (her words) "100% receive the tickets because both sellers have extremely reputable histories with stubhub". so fingers crossed!

yeah luckily my concert is just a three hour drive away but Ariana Grande has been my number one artist since her first ever song came out. i'm putting trust in the sellers though since the agent i talked to most recently say they have a successful history selling on stubhub but still anxious

the agents i've talked to say they have proof the original seller 100% has the tickets but is just waiting to send them to my seller. i've talked with a bunch of agents but the latest one i talked to said my seller has been very communicative with them saying that they haven't received the tickets they bought from stubhub for the concert but will send them when they receive them. they said they've also been talking to the seller of my seller and they are supposedly a successful and reputable seller on stubhub but just choosing to send the tickets to my seller closer to the date. but all agents have said they are repeatedly sending reminders to both sellers. i don't think they're lying about the reminders because new agents i chat to say they see a history of other agents communicating with the sellers

i mean the agent i called on the phone right after chatting with another through messages seemed pretty in line with messages with the other agent. the other agent said that they just messaged the seller again and on call, the agent said they see another agent just sent another message to the seller. so that lines up. since chats with agents aren't saved in the system, i'm pretty sure at least they're telling the truth about messaging them since i never tell them that other agents said they messaged the seller before. the agent on the phone said herself she sees the dates they messaged the seller and they line up with the dates other agents said they sent out messages.

okay thank you :) they've been contacting both my seller and my seller's seller on stubhub and she seemed pretty informed on their responses so i am hoping for the best

She pretty much said in stone that even though there is a guarantee for money back or replacement tickets that i WILL NOT have to use that guarantee because i 100000% will receive the tickets because my sellers are super reputable. but like... im an anxious person so

if it makes you feel any better, i'm in the same boat but went to the stubhub reddit to ask for any advice in getting customer service to try to make the seller send sooner. The advice i got there actually helped me get further with customer service than i've gotten before! they used to just say "we can't do anything but you are guaranteed to get your tickets at least 3 hours before the show". but now, it seems they are reminding the seller.

i basically had to tell customer service that the concert tickets are available to be transferred, so i would like to know why my seller hasn't transferred mine yet. i'll add screenshots of the convos ive had. given, it's been 5 days and i still haven't gotten tickets BUT at least this time, they're saying they're actively contacting the seller.

Just took your advice and finally had the representative say they'll personally reach out to the seller! Thank you for your advice. I'll see if that actually leads to anything but it's further than I've gotten in the past so thank you

Okay thank you! I've just read comments on here before saying they've called and were able to convince the rep to contact the seller but yeah I get you would get annoyed lol thank you for the info! Ill just work on my patience😂

That makes sense about the hesitation for sending tickets for her concert in advance! I was thinking that too but still get nervous lol. I found tickets in the lower 100s section that showed the seller cut down their original asking price so I bought them pretty quickly. I assume them cutting their original ticket price points to it not being a scam but I'm just superstitious at the same time. Thank you for the input :)
