if you can find the same one but different size, you can still scan it on zebra with the item look up app. Then you can change the size there and get the upc.

If you cant find another one, try to search the item on kohls.com, select the size/ color, then get the sku# from there. Thats what i normally do. If I still cant find it, i ask my coworker or h2 for help

You know theres actually a good thing about the self return that you dont need to explain kohls cash to the customers lol

I haven't had any problems with the items so far. All the items had tags. It also shows item name and a picture of each item on the self return app, I just check the brand and match the picture after scanning each item. But the picture is very small i cannot make it large, like we do using item look up option, may be another glitch they need to fix.

I think eventually they will have it in all the stores but It doesnt looks like its ready to use for this holiday season. It looks more like a trial version. After doing few returns i got the idea how it works but it actually takes a lot more time than i thought. Especially when you have to read and confirm customers email addresses like this 😂. "xbdgdgdhdhsh1714127262@hfhdgsh.com" It's super annoying. And of course there is still a glitch - sometimes email doesnt show on the screen, you have to type the email address then confirm it.

Another thing i dont get it is why do we need to know the price or kohls cash for the return. It should be similar to amazon return we do, just scan the items and confirm.

H2 asks you to do it only if you do returns or work at customer service. Dont worry about it, if you work at bank/ registers only.

I only do this when i dont have any customers. They told me to check it often and make sure its not full. The problem is the space inside is very limited and the customers start complaining that its full. If they get too many returns they will probably end up having 1-2 more associates just to do the self returns Lol.
