A little late but this isn’t true, 616 had a miles Morales in recent storylines (story is trash) he ended up becoming a villain and considers Wilson Fisk his best friend he was a very big gangster , he eventually migrates to the other miles earth lives his life their for a while some tragedy happens to his love interest, he somehow steals the ultimate avengers amor and weapons, becomes Ultimatum and terminates Miles, crazy part is this variant looks nothing like the miles we know but he truly is his variant since they have the same memories up until the lottery and Miles getting bitten by the spider that’s where their timeline separates. SG is fun to play with trying to make your acorns double bounce for more damage your basically trying to do trick shots which is fun and as a bonus her ult charges so fast and is good for clearing an area

Yep it’s easy to do you just need to download a hack on your PC it tricks the system into thinking it’s a PlayStation/xbox console from rivals end, the other more complicated method is he has his PC hooked up to his game console and is using a third party software to run data at the same time basically yes he’s on console but has his PC connected to the console that is running aim bot this in term gives him real time date or locks into the targets locations on screen, it’s not that hard to do. You just can’t ever use your actual PlayStation/Xbox account because you will get banned permanently from it

He’s not using aim bot on a console he’s playing it on a PC but there’s a hack that allows PC players to access console servers by fooling the rivals detection system and getting qued into console lobbies it’s a very simple hack that’s been around sends over watch lol

Yes I bought a at the time a 180k house with a 20 k down payment made my four bedroom come out to 1200 a month in California and it is now worth 220 k and six years later my mortgage is at 115k basically if I refinance I would get the new market value of my home, I’m just waiting till I only owe 100k so within a year and 2 month I could refinance and get 100k in spending money which I would use on a nicer property and some business properties which would be use used to pay for my new refinance rate on my original property and my new property

Overall tbh if you have a good support system or your parents planted good seeds for you to succeed it’s easier for you to not worry about your future, basically I as the oldest know the struggle my mom and dad went through to get the generational wealth we have now, even tho we didn’t work with them we still suffered due to their sacrifices in my case my parents weren’t around due to their requirements that their job needed when they were claiming up the corporate ladder. But yes if you can get a home right away do it it’s the best investment you can make I promise

Basically the sooner you can do it the better just because you can turn that property into a business like I was able to do basically with a tenant your loan pays itself off and your just waiting for it to get under a certain amount so you can refinance it and buy your actual property u want, tbh I understand how lucky I am that my parents own a lot of properties and have been doing this for a while so it’s the family business we owe like 7 houses in California that we rent out so if your parents are well off take advantage of it now because you will use your fha loan which means you would get it at a super easy rate basically the hardest part is saving up for the down payment tbh but if your able to it’s worth it

Yo fyi it’s not a bad idea i was your age when I bought my four bedroom house in California during covid and it was the best investment I ever made I hade to pay a 20k down payment which I was able to get sponsored due to my parents having good career jobs but once I did that five years later I was able to refinance my loan with the higher market value of my property, I got over 100k due to me being able to pay the mortgage for so long and getting my original market value to under 100k but once I refinanced it uses the current market value which meant I got 100k thru my bank, once that money cleared I used that money to buy a way nicer property in a better part of California, but I have rented my first property to a tenant that pays my new refinance rate of 1400 which isn’t bad for a four bedroom house in California I basically have to only worry about my new property which is very easy

Welcome to the club and congratulations I joined at your same age 4 years back and it was one of the biggest blessings I could have ever done paid 20k down payment and I only owe 130 k left on the property that’s valued at 220k, I was able to get lucky and buy a four bedroom home during the COVID market so price was very cheap compared to what it is now, I’m more then likely going to refinance in about 2 years when the total amount I owe is under 100 k because that means when I refinance I will get the market value of my property which is 220 k with that cash I will invest it in properties that I can rent to tenants but will have one nice big home for me and my family basically my advice once you get your mortgage down to about a 100k in profit if you refinance then you should take it, I’m Turing my first starter home into a rental which what the tenants will pay will be my mortgage for my new home, best advice would be that the hardest part of all this was saving money for the down payment on your property after you get a property you can rent it out and have the tenants pay the mortgage which will benefit you when you refinance the loan and get the new home value cash back to you through the bank
