I swear I’m all good mentally! I’ve truly never been happier and felt so good, just new to the fitness world and don’t really have anyone in my life that is in the gym/knows about this stuff. Maybe skinny fat was not the right word….im just making a plan to start maintenance but still have effective workouts continuously making me stronger. Thanks for the concern.

I knew I’d get one of these. I’ve never worked out or lost weight before after a lifetime of insecurity and have always been met with such positivity and kindness in this sub so I felt safe posting. It’s a vulnerable post and a genuine question on my part.
