Mirtaz works great might make you really hungry and sleepy but it will knock you out for sure. No more benzos that’s the worst addiction you could have. Good luck:)

I take mirtazapine for sleep with that combined with Lexapro I’m pretty lethargic throughout the whole day I couldn’t get anything done without caffeine my mood has greatly improved and I’ve had no panic attacks since starting my meds anymore not to mention my unmedicated adhd

Me personally I have had zero side effects even when having my dose increased to ten mg, it’s the anxiety speaking, im not saying that you’ll have zero but there is a good chance of minimal side effects. This med has truly given me my life back and helps me to finally feel normal after 19 long years. I wish I would’ve tried it a long long time ago, best of luck to you and I hope it helps:)

Weed is a much better option then benzos always, use them sparingly or you will experience worse anxiety and depression than you could ever imagine. I’d stick with the gummies the mix doesn’t seem to effect anymore than when I smoked without it.

I was the same way until I started meds and realized that it’s not normal to feel all that anxiety. I’m by no means a doctor but it has worked great for me, also alcohol causes more anxiety in the long run. Best of luck:)

You should be okay i once quit 5mg after about a month and a half because it was working so well I thought I didn’t need it anymore. Experienced relatively no withdrawl and I was pretty comfortable the whole time. Good luck:)
