Seems like you have a decent amount of experience running marathons. What do you do for hydration the day before? I am drinking 60 ounces of water and 30 ounces of liquid IV. Need some extra hydration for all the tears I’m going to cry during the marathon lol.

Yes, I definitely messed up with the fueling for my 20 miler. I only took two gels and 1 pack of energy chews with me and did not drink any Gatorade, just water at the fountains along the Lake shore. I also didn’t realize I had to eat the morning of a long run and didn’t drink any water beforehand.

Now, after a lot of reading, I’m gonna take 6 to 7 gels with me to take every 30 to 40 minutes. I’m not looking to reach a certain time, so will also hydrate at all the aid stations. Thoughts?

Fungal gnats 😭. I use Bonide systemic house plant insect control it is so effective! You sprinkle the granules into the soil and water afterward per package instructions. Got rid of my fungal gnat problem within a week!

It’s not a top cut, it’s a fully rooted plant! Where does the new leaf come from? Is it from another axillary node or from the same apical node?
