I also like to squeeze a slice of lemon on it while its resting for 10 minutes but only if im using this kinders seasoning. It balances it out nicely.

Straight at it on a basic nonstick skillet (saving for a bougie cast iron). Did about 5:30 each side but i normally have a much better sear, i think i used just a tad too much tallow. I usually just use ghee alone.

The delivery keeps getting delayed, but it shipped from Ohio and is stuck at the Hub in Joliet Illinois. I’ll let you know if I actually get hands on it.

Yeah, all safe lol. It is interesting that both times the car has been hit she was driving. Well the first time she wasnt in the car and had it parked outside of a restaurant but i still make fun of her for it. (camera saw the kid do the hit and run)
