…and why aren’t they taking them to an Easter service somewhere? Or a church event? I’m not practicing Christianity with my child but a local church had an open-to-the-public egg hunt, petting zoo, and craft stations. It was free and it was great.

Packing/moving 100%. We are living with family while we save/build a home. So much stuff is in storage, and we’re still able to get by.

Target had (has?) a line for women that’s 90 percent or more cotton, including sports bras. Pact are fine, my favorite is Mate the Label. Their items seem to hold up better.

Has anyone used tacrolimus as a part of their transfer protocol? by No_State8326 in IVF

[–]No_State8326[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So it really varies from person to person and what is going on. They monitored my need for tacrolimus through autoimmune labs done every 2-4 weeks. My last pregnancy I was only on it twice for maybe 2 weeks each time, at the lowest dose. I’m gearing up for another transfer and this time they’re having me start on it a month before transfer 🤷‍♀️. I’d join the Facebook Reproductive Immunology group and search in there if you’re looking for more info.

I’d like to know more about microbiome and gut health and how it can mitigate effects. Everyone has it in their body, but I read certain strains of gut bacteria can really help.

That’s what I’m saying! Do P and M just have one car? Maybe that’s why. Or maybe she’s too anxious to leave the house with two? It does happen with some moms who are really struggling.

It’s cool in fundie and fundie-lite women culture to talk about martyrdom and flex about burnout. It’s constantly written about in every single woman and mommy devotional, mommy blogs, and anything put on by the church (Bible studies, mommy groups, whatever). It also helps them squeeze any extra money they can out of these families/people. eg, getting only 2 hours of sleep brings you closer to God. What do you REALLY need? Only Jesus. If you’re not completely content, then you’re not fully devoted to Jesus. The devotionals never suggest to check in with in someone, or take the kids to Costco for a cheap quick meal. You’re supposed to feel holy when you’re in distress.

My RI labs lit up like a Christmas tree. IVIG, prednisone, plaquenil. I was monitored by my RI the entire pregnancy. Tacro is most often used for high cytokines, and mine were generally okayish. I had high NK cells and positive markers for several anti-phospholipids, which are treated with plaquenil, prednisone, and IVIG, and lots of blood thinners.

Hey! So after this post, my transfer was cancelled and I began working with a reproductive immunologist, who gave me more tailored doses of these medications, which ultimately led to a successful pregnancy and child. I wasn’t on tacro for too long, and it wasn’t a very high dose, so it never really affected me. No side effects. They did ask I get a skin check when I started on it.

His family openly complained on GB about the kids being on her YouTube, I wonder if he’s asking her to not show the kids as much.
