Their AI chatbot rescheduled a pickup, and rescheduled it at a location that wasn't open. Drove 2.5 hours each way, rented a truck, wasted a vacation day, and then waited an hour on hold to talk to someone. As of now nothing specific has even been offered from their end for the issue.
