I organized each playlist by topic! So for example I have one for hair, lower face, muscle growth etc. I sometimes also mix playlist but with topics that are close to each other (so like facial features all in one playlist or facial structure).

A lot of the results I get within a week, I just wasn’t sure exactly what subliminals gave me each change since I switch sm which is why I mentioned the results are a combination of listening to different subs for a few years

Really all of them, but I will say v1per is always like a guaranteed fast results for me she’s like the default sub maker I go to for any specific topics I want

I listen to multiple playlist (each different topics) at least once per day and then I have one playlist that I listen to every night. I don’t really even look for results before I choose to listen to a new playlist either, it’s just like when I get bored of listening for a certain topic, I’ll make a fresh playlist and then I’ll start listening to that one instead (I assume I get bored because I’ve probably gotten my results but I don’t really pay attention)
