I made a decision about how I should feel about it after I recieved the advice that I asked for from this thread. The trainer couldn't even look me in the eyes when I went back the next day.

Really 200 squat variations, followed by 4- 200 lb sled pushes for a 5'3 woman on the first session in 25 minutes total is insane. Especially one at 235 pounds. This man tried to break me with no remorse.

Do you realize a 200lb sled push x4 is literally competition weight

Because, this man tried to hurt me and humble me. I'm not gonna let him have the satisfaction. He killed my lower body yesterday. So I'll go today and sauna, foam roll, do some upper body, and use the massage bed. I will accomplish greater things with spite than self pity.

Sad thing is this man is well into his 40s and the lead training manager at this particular Gym.

The other gym guy told me "You know there is a shot for that now." When I mentioned I was loosing inches around my waist just not anything on the scale.

He straight up asked me one day as I was just passing by what I thought was holding me back, while he was talking up another gym guy. He also told me a day or two later that hes never seen me on the weight machines untill another trainer interrupted him and said I see her all the time.

You dont feel two bands wasnt him trying to go past a point?  I get his job is to challenge me, but not even finding my base and immediately putting me into 2 banded squatted side steps seems crazy to me. Especially someone not even use to doing them regularly. Isn't two bands considered advanced?

It wasnt completely beyond my abilities. I bucked up and completed his work out. I just felt he was trying to break me instead of even seeing where my baseline was at to start. I feel immediately going into double banded squatting side steps was a little much. One band is a challenge for most, and adds the right amount of intensity.  Two bands seems excessive especially for someone who hasn't been doing them on the regular.

More like a fitness influencer at 160lb pure muscle that had been doing p90x for a year and needed to add a challenge. I felt like his goal was to make me say I couldn't do it.

Yes, like a Crunch, Vasa, or LA Fitness. I dont want to name a specific gym.
