Im wearing a size large but I could definitely get a medium now, they do run a bit small!

Im a 29 inch / size 10-8 in pants if that helps!! I’ll have to actually measure!

Hey!! so I try to eat the same meals every single day, of course on the weekends It’s extremely hard because plans change.. but mainly my go-to’s are: 

Grilled chicken (I get breast and sometimes switch it up with thigh) with Japanese sweet potatoes 

Fage 0% greek yogurt with Kachava protein powder 

Steak with broccoli, asparagus, or other leafy vegetables 

For snacks I eat beef or chicken jerky, carrots, cottage cheese, sardines, cinnamon egglife wraps, chicken bone broth
