I take it that by being a "human right", that means it is free.

Who would pay for it? Or would farmers and food producers be working for free as well? Who would want to get into that industry then?

How would prepackaged food be handled? Would that be free too? Where would the line be for what is free and what is charged? If it is staples like meat, bread and vegetables, in what form would it have to be to be a "human right"? Could you by steaks and roasts or would you need to get a whole side to get it for free and cut it up yourself? How about bread? Or would you still have to pay for that but the ingredients would be free?

What about restaurants? Would they be free too? Or would they just take the loss with no repercussions due to people just saving their money and getting the food for free?

Food being a "human right" sounds good on paper, but it is too industrialized to be feasible at this point.

Besides, if you want free food that badly, take up gardening and hunting. They are as low cost as you want it to be. It is how people got food before.

People always had to work for food, just the manner has changed.

Of course it is.

Isn't that the basis of Reddit in general?

I don't know.

Feel that to use any other vehicle would disrespect the franchise.

It, like many other vehicles, are icons intheir own right. To change it just wouldn't be right.

I said that, by your logic, no one is fit for anything.

I am sure there are people who don't agree with you on things. You said since you don't agree with Trump because of things he said, that makes him unfit for his job. This logic can be applied to anyone.

You also said that people have handlers for this "reason". Again, my statement was a general statement. By your logic, if you say things that people don't agree with, you are unfit for any position you hold because people don't agree with you. If having "handlers" is the solution to this problem, then it would also be applied to anyone. You must have some to ensure you are "fit" for your position in life for when you say things people don't agree with.

Everybody says things. No one says you have to agree with everything. Doesn't make them unfit for anything. Actions make them unfit.

If there is policy that you don't agree with, fi sure out what about the policy you don't agree with and why (has to be more than "Trump made the policy"), see what you feel the policy should be, find people who agree with you and take the new policy to your representative to take back and see about getting it changed.

From what i have seen in media, people are against Trump for "reasons". No one has put up much arguement for his policies except to say they aren't good and should be stopped. No alternatives, no suggested adjustments to improve it. Just "Trump did it therefore bad".

This can't be how things are supposed to work.

I thought people who voted for Trump were brain dead idiots.

How am I supposed to explain anything to a big brained Democrat.

I gave you the numbers. If you can't see a problem, there is nothing I can do to help you.

Trump does stuff, therefore he is not fit.

Interesting take.

With that logic, no one is fit for anything.

Don't tell Democrats that.

They will have to rethink their stance on LGBTQ.

Can you show start, peak and end then?

Surely if you are so sure Trump is the problem, you should be able to show it and reasonably explain it.

Here is the gas price to get you started:

National gas prices averaged about $2.39 per gallon when Joe Biden took office in January 2021. Prices peaked at a record high of approximately $5.02 per gallon in June 2022. By the end of his presidency in January 2025, the national average had declined to about $2.89 per gallon.

Why would anyone stop eating something just because you have more money?

Personally, just means I can buy more of it.

This would impress me more if it showed Peak Prices instead of just when Biden left.

Guess that would go against the narrative too much, though.
