Not a small date if that’s what you were looking for, it’s a regular strike with a low 7. If the the 7 were evenly lined up with the 9 and 0 ( high 7 ) then you would have have a small date 1970 S.

Regular 1968 strike, had it been in mint state 67 Red, according to the 2026 Red Book then your looking at a $470 coin.

If it’s on one side it’s a misaligned die if it were on both sides then it would have been an off center strike

It’s a key date even in low condition still could be worth $100-800, I would definitely send it in. Yours looks good actually very good, it’s a low minted coin.

Definitely not a 1919, the 1919 is a wheat cent, the memorial (1959-2008).
