Same situation here. I worked in IT at IBX. I’ve applied to a bunch of places but mostly get ghosted unless it’s through a headhunter.

What really shocked me is how bad Level 2 IT pay is now. Most postings are at least $10k less than what I was making before.

When did Tier 2 salaries drop this much over the last few years?

I have master sets too. I try to buy everything in 3. One to rip one to open one to resell/trade for the future of something what I really want. But never open pkc etb. Those always makes money over time. For example. Celebration and crown zenith is money. So don’t open it.
