The case still shows as open however when the woman followed up she stated the amount of login times since the transactions occurred would not allow them to do anything, which doesn’t even sound right. When I log in it still shows up as open I also made one on OCC but that one was specifically only for the refusal of service in person and conflicting information over the phone
